Cancellation Policy
At Aavanya Classics LLP, we aim to provide you with a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. Please read the following terms of our cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once your product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Custom or Personalized Products
- Orders for custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed. These items are specially crafted for you, and therefore, cancellations are not permitted for such products.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If a payment has been made and the order is subsequently cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing times.
- Right to Cancel by Aavanya Classics LLP
- Aavanya Classics LLP reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where payment cannot be processed, product availability issues, or errors in order details. In such instances, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method
