Eligibility for Exchange
- Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered.
- Colour or Size Mismatch: If the product delivered has a different colour or size from what you ordered.
- Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is damaged.
Steps to Apply for Exchange
- Photographic Proof: Send clear photographs of the wrong product, mismatched colour/size, or damaged product to our email at aavanyaclassics@gmail.com. Please include your reference number in the email.
- Timely Application: Submit your exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this time frame will not be entertained.
- Intact Tags and Labels: Ensure that the product is unused, and all tags and labels remain intact. Products without original tags and labels will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchange Process
- Once we receive your request and verify the details, we will process the exchange.
- Exchange is subject to product availability in stock.
- If the requested product is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original condition, along with the original packaging.
- Any tampering, usage, or damage to the product post-delivery will make the product ineligible for exchange.
